” Happiness is measured with the moments that stop breathing. ” Yes, but no, I can not agree with that. You know what, I actually think happiness does not measure with absolutely nothing. There is no universal rule that we must observe to feel truly satisfied from our live.
I really want to be able to say – look, now, I’ll jump with bungee, buy a new TV, go on a trip, and then I’ll really feel happy. Unfortunately, when we think something like this, it is a sure sign that no purchase, excursion or extreme survival will make us happy. And for that there’s a very simple reason. If there is no peace in us, whatever happens outside is irrelevant. Many people confuse happiness with consumerism. But the time helps us to see the reality. How many people, how many philosophers, how many teachers and even physicists have thought over happiness – how to achieve it and how to keep it. I am not a great thinker, but one I can tell you – happiness is achieved with easy steps and is not a constant. And that is compleatly normal. I do not want to tell you know how to arrange your world to make yourself feel good, but I can tell you one thing – when you can achieve inner harmony, then happiness will only come to you. Because happiness, my dear ones, is not just the moments that stop breathing. A clean mind and a calm heart will bring you more happiness than all the adrenaline of the world. And why is happiness not a constant? To can we appreciate it! Nobody has appreciated the beauty of the moment unless he has experienced the pain of his absence.
Be happy! Rather, get to know yourself and be in harmony with yourself and the world around you. The rest will come alone!
